Six Tips to Prevent Aging

agingNowadays everyone is looking for a way to keep their skin looking healthy and beautiful. Some people even resorted to plastic surgery or injections. The best way to prevent you skin from damage is by protecting it from the sun. If your skin is dry then it is evident that it lost a lot of its essential protective function. Excess sun exposure will cause deep lines and wrinkles to the skin in due time.


Fortunately, there are many ways you can reduce the wrinkle and deep lines you may have on your skin. But in order for it to work you must apply these tips daily, in fact make it a new habit to do.

1. Refrain from smoking

2. Drink lots of water
Water is like a magical beverage for your overall health. It eliminates the toxins from your which causes weight loss and it also does wonders for your skin. Drinking lots of water will help you feel and look younger. I try to drink at least 2 liters a day and I suggest you make a habit of doing the same, the more the better!

3. Get plenty of sleep
It's important that you get plenty of sleep. If you only sleep several hours a day it will take a tone on your body. In fact, it will slow up your metabolism which is just as effective as aging. It's recommended that you get at least 6 hours a night of sleep. When you get enough sleep you will wake up refreshed with a ton of energy.

4. Stress = Aging
Stress is your worst enemy. Stress will do more harm than smoking cigarettes, well probably not, but I guarantee both are neck and neck with each other. Being stress can cause other problems such as a nervous breakdown, heart attack, grey hair etc... Do things that will make you smile and surround yourself around positive people.

5. Use Sunscreen lotion
Apply sunscreen that is high in SPF (15-45), especially if you plan on being in the sun for a majority of the day. It is very important that you keep your skin protected at all time, because photo damage (sun damage) is a problem that most of us have with our skin.
