  1. I like your post but if you are going to eat less you must still ensure that you are getting all the nutrients that your body needs. Mainly I mean the protein, complex carbs, and essential fatty acids, which all raise metabolism and prevent the body from storing fat. So yes take in lesser amounts but make sure to be getting all the nutrients you need through your food or help get them with a good multi vitamin.
